Rehoming 1yr old pit bull

Update: First family flaked, never met up. Also have his shot records on hand. He comes with a few comfort items. If this post is still up he’s available Looking to rehome my 1yr old pit bull pup, his name is Ace. He is very loving good with people not so well with other dogs. He is house broken up to date on shots, all of his shots are through banfield at PetSmart. He is very active at times hyper, if you walk him often it tends to burn off his energy. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking to rehome him, it breaks my heart to see him go, but he deserves a good forever home. In the best interest of him, I am asking for a small rehoming fee $100 or best offer. I’d love if you were open to possibly stay in contact just so I can see how he is doing, it would help give me a peace of mind but not a deal breaker. If your interested please let me know, thank you!
