We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for an Experienced Certified Maintenance Technician to start ASAP in the East Valley! This company is looking for great people who want to work hard, but be a team player and enjoy the ride! Certified Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities: • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Must be efficient and have an eye for detail. Property undergoing renovations! • Grounds maintenance such as cleaning, trash removal and painting of curbs. • Understand and operate basic PC. • Basic painting, drywall knowledge both interior and exterior. • Appliance maintenance and repairs. • Cleaning and maintenance of grounds/common areas. • Pool maintenance and cleaning knowledge. • Resolve maintenance regarding A/C and Electrical. • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements as a Make Ready Technician. • Basic electrical repairs: ceiling fans, outlets and lighting fixtures. • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol. • MUST BE a self-starter that is very skilled! Maintenance Technicians Requirements: • At least 1-year or more of multi-family experience. • Valid Driver’s License required. • Reliable transportation required. • Willing to submit to a background check. • HVAC Certification is required. • The ability to safely lift 60+ pounds.
