Fermented Veggies at the Farm We are excited to be back on the farm with our friends at Isle Acre Farm in Leander Texas, to pick your own veggies and learn how to ferment them on site. Fermented foods are one of natures most nutrient dense foods. Chock full of beneficial bacteria to support a healthy gut and immune system. Many fermenters are a bit nervous to start their journey. We take the guessing work out of it. We teach you hands on how to safely ferment at home. Leave this event with 2 pints of ready to ferment veggies to take home with you and the confidence to expand your fermenting skills. Social Distancing will be enfourced and masks encouraged for this outdoor event. 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes. We will host.a weather make up day 5/29 if this event is rained out.
