Diamond Assets is currently seeking Recovery Specialists to add to our growing team in 2021! The Recovery Specialist/Entry Level Non-CDL Driver position is a key component to the organization's success. The ideal candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, and organized. Our Recovery Specialists are responsible for delivering high quality product efficiently and accurately to our customers, while maintaining a professional demeanor and great customer service skills. This role requires a lot of travel and some overnights. Roles & Responsibilities: -Off-Site Pick-up Services at Customer Locations -Packaging computer devices into boxes, pallets, and gaylords -Securing product for shipping (palletizing & shrink wrapping) -Driving company box trucks or vans -Some travel will require flights (nationwide service) -Some travel will require overnight hotel stays -Driving rental trucks -Loading pallets onto lift gates with a pallet jack -Completing all necessary documentation at customer sites -Addressing customer questions at the pick-up site -Delivery of product to local vendors -Must be 21 years old Key Skills & Qualifications: -Must hold a valid drivers license -Must complete a physical -Must complete background check -Must be able to provide eligible drivers record (abstract) prior to employment interview -Must have an open and flexible schedule for pickup dates -Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills -Ability to lift 50 pounds
