Join us for a free Pilates + Sound Bath ​outdoor community class! Join us for a free outdoor community class. The first 40 minutes will be a challenging mat pilates class followed by 20 minutes of blissful sound bath healing. All levels of fitness are welcome and you do not need any prior Pilates experience to participate. Meet us on the lawn of the Salt Creek Beach Picnic Area. There is a parking lot above Salt Creek Beach on Ritz Carlton Drive. All you will need is a towel, water, and comfortable clothing. This is a free event from La Luz Pilates and Wellness Retreats. Our holistic retreats encompass all that a fitness retreat has to offer, with the luxury of a boutique hotel and an all inclusive resort.
