We are a new company and want to build up our first crew. We are paying $12 an hour as start and base pay. After the first couple of weeks pay will be based on performance allowing you to increase your pay per hour. You must know how to operate a zero turn and basic lawn care equipment. Part of the time you will be passing out door hangers and knocking on doors. Due to Oklahoma’s unpredictable weather, your schedule must be flexible. You will be communicating with customers so you must be comfortable with problem solving and talking to customers. You must have a valid drivers license. Safety is very important to us random drug tests are mandatory (marijuana cards will be over-looked, because this is a driving job). This job is fast pace and includes mowing, hedge trimming, landscape bed maintenance, and leaf removal. Installing mulch and trimming of hedges will require you to lift at least 50 pound bags and equipment over your head. You must be able to utilize technology to access schedules and individual customer requests on every property.
