Position Description Job Title: Housekeeper-FT and PT available Reporting: Housekeeping Manager Position: Non-exempt Purpose: To clean, sanitize and tidy homes, performing tasks including cleaning floors walls, windows, furniture, kitchens and appliances, bathrooms and fixtures for properties. Salary: Positions starting at $15.50 (FT and PT positions available) Bring photo ID and citizenship documentation with you to interviews! Minimum Eligibility Requirements: High school degree or equivalent experience Proven ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail Written and oral communication skills Reliable transportation Must have a Smart Phone Specific Duties/Responsibilities: Follow the prescribed cleaning and inspection process Observe established policies and procedures Make beds and set towels Maintain vacuums, cleaning caddies and supplies used to perform the job Stock homes with supplies as directed by supervisor Inform supervisor when housekeeping supplies and home inventories are low Review property for any damage or needed maintenance and report to the supervisor in a timely manner Perform errands and special projects as requested by the supervisor Perform annual deep cleans of properties Observe established policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Working Conditions: Additional hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities Lifting up to 50 lbs Bending, kneeling, twisting, and moving for 90% of shift
