Looking for a full-time Carpet Cleaning/Cleaning Technician to assist in providing residential and commercial services. This position allows for growth through cross-training into other departments. No experience necessary, we will train you. Qualities: Reliable Manages Time Well Work well in team atmosphere and by oneself Duties/ Requirements: Set up/ take down and run truck mount Lifting Packing Documenting through notes and photos Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction and demolition May perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration jobs May perform cleaning duties dealing with trauma, bio-hazard, and COVID. Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor Completes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job Must be able to use app to log notes, take pictures, and complete required tasks Benefits: Medical Vision Dental 401K Paid Time-Off Opportunities for advancing department to be reflected.
