HINGHAM, MA — A drunk driver was arrested after allegedly rear-ending a stopped car in Hingham last weekend, said the Hingham Police Department in a social media post Wednesday. The department released a dash cam clip of the driver failing a standard field sobriety test of 9 heel-to-steps. Police say the driver took 24 steps and stopped when she reached the police car. "A reminder that (alleged) drunk drivers are still out there," said police in the caption of the clip. "There's no excuse to drive buzzed, tipsy or drunk." No one was injured in the accident.
