No work slowdowns! Everyone was stuck at home and wanted their landscapes looking tidy. Do you have the ability to keep property owners happy? Listen to their concerns and implement correctly? Do you feel your talents are not being used to the full at your current position? Have you wanted to start your own company but lack the necessary start-up capital? We are looking to fill an assistant manager, project manager, team lead position. This is not a desk / office position. Applicant must be able to lead by example: -Landscape maintenance team -turf care operations -Build client relationships -Understand landscape plans & be able to understand and implement client ideas. -Develop atmosphere in all team members where they all want to work together. -Understanding difference between solving problems vs merely identifying problems. Applicant should have a few years in the industry, and / or Horticulture degree. Arbor / tree care knowledge also valuable. Let's talk schedule: -full-time position: we aim for 4 days @ 10hrs. Leaving you a 3 day weekend! -If the long days do not work for you, we also offer a traditional 5 day workweek, 8 hr day. -pay based on experience, attitude, driving record. This is a full-time position with paid vacations, paid holidays, health insurance reimbursement, company vehicle, etc. For the right candidate, there is option of becoming a partner and receiving profit sharing, and company ownership. We run a clean organized operation, and expect same from all team members. This means that those with alcohol / drug issues will not be able to keep up with rest of our team.
