Lawn and Rehab Crew Members Needed

Property Maintenance and Rehab company seeking experienced lawn crews for 2021 grass cut season. Must have experience using commercial grade equipment including (but not limited to) zero turn mowers, industrial grade weed eaters, trimmers, blowers, stand up mowers, and various other lawn equipment. Most properties are bank owned, but we also do private and commercial properties. We work year round and pay based on experience. Also seeking those with general contracting experience for our Rehab and property flip crews. We buy and flip numerous homes throughout the Dayton, Centerville, Kettering, and Oakwood areas. We have 2-3 projects going at all times. Must have experience in drywall, painting, flooring, siding, plumbing, and various other renovation aspects. We work year round and pay based on experience. Must have valid drivers license. Looking for crews that can start as soon as possible. Pay Based on Experience.
