Looking for an experienced gardener to care for and maintain the gardens on a private property near Millbrook, NY. Person must be self motivated and responsible. Will be working under the direction of a consulting horticulturist and the property manager. Duties include, but not limited to: planting annuals, perennials, bulbs and shrubs; renovation and maintenance of established perennial and shrub gardens, an annual cutting garden and some containers; renovation or maintenance projects in woodland, pond and meadow areas. Applicants must have professional fine gardening experience and a strong eye for detail. Looking for someone who can complete projects autonomously and with consistent high quality work. This is a full-time seasonal position, starting in April or sooner, and ending in December.
