Maintenance person needed at a motel in downtown Chico. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with:
Plumbing: changing faucets, shower and tub valves, and toilet maintenance.
Electrical: changing switches, plugs, replacing bathroom fans.
Sheetrock: painting and repairing damages done to walls
General cleaning: cleaning parking lot, maintaining landscape, and occasionally doing light housekeeping
Tile work not a necessity but is definitely a big plus.
References and pictures of previous work is required.
Pay is $13/hour
