Tip Top Home and Lawn Maintenance is seeking a dependable, responsible individual with experience in property maintenance. Applicant must be able to mow straight lines with both walk behind and ride on mowers, trim with attention to detail, and be comfortable driving a box truck. Applicant must also have a clean driver’s license. Job description includes the following duties and responsibilities: • Punctuality to job site • Mowing, weed whacking, and blowing off hard surfaces • Weeding and mulching of landscape beds • Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs • Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees • Trash removal at commercial locations Pay starts at $15 an hour or more based on experience and qualifications. Position can be seasonal or year round if desired based upon performance. Additional duties and responsibilities would include snow removal.
