Perfect Surface is looking for subcontractors that are capable of handling 3-4 home renovations a month. The scopes of work consist of the following: (Estamos buscando técnicos para renovar 3-4 casas cada mes. El trabajo incluye:) ● Rehab make ready (fixture installations, repair of cabinets etc) ● Interior & exterior paint ● Drywall repairs (match textures: orange peel, knockdown, stump, popcorn, level 5, etc) ● Demolition ● Trash out ● Basic landscaping (mulch, shrub trimming, tree trimming and removal) ● Fence repairs or replacements ● Trim and rough carpentry ● Siding, gutter and fascia repairs or replacement ● Power wash ● Cabinet resurface ● Tile repair or replacement (shower area) ● Plumbing (faucets, shower valves, tub replacement, toilet repairs or replacements, shut of valve replacements) ● Garage services (opener install, door replacement...) ● Roofing repairs The advantage of working with Perfect Surface: ● We don't pay the highest rates in our industry, but you will get your money fast.
