Eagle Construction is a long standing insurance restoration contractor providing emergency mitigation and reconstruction services throughout both San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties, as well as surrounding areas. We are currently seeking qualified mitigation technicians to join our team. Duties: Identify source of water damage and assess labor and equipment needed for proper drying Perform water extraction, mold abatement & hard surface cleaning Set up air movers, dehumidifiers and other drying equipment and monitor daily Demolition, removal and disposal of affected materials Content inventorying, pack outs and pack backs Sanitizing and cleaning of affected surfaces Qualifications: Previous mitigation experience preferred IICRC certifications a plus Excellent communication, writing & basic math skills Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis Basic computer and smart phone skills to take and document loss photos Ability to work while wearing respirator as needed Must be able and willing to work in environments suffering water, smoke or fire damage Must have a valid drivers license & pass background check Willingness to work overtime and respond to after hour emergencies as needed Must be a team player and work well with others On time and dependable Full time with overtime as needed Competitive pay depending on experience
