Found a backpack on road near corner of Mahan Way and Shawn Drive on or around Thursday evening, February 18, 2021. Not an incorporated area (just outside Pinole so seems their police department may not intake it).
Please describe the color, material, and/or contents of the backpack, and provide a phone number for follow up.
NOTE: no wallet, ID cards, or money was found inside.
