Locally owned maintenance company looking for an experienced handyman in and around the Charlotte area. Duties include, but are not limited to light plumbing, light electrical, painting, general interior/exterior household repairs, lawn care, and pressure washing. Must be willing to work in any weather condition. This is a long-term contractor position. Typical days are Mon-Fri. The right fit must have a good work ethic and should consider themselves dependable, honest, hardworking, and a motivated self-starter. A work truck and fuel is provided.
