Director of Body & Brain center, a holistic wellness, yoga, tai chi, & meditation center in Burbank, CA. We deliver integrative and holistic approaches for people who want to live healthy, happy, and meaningful lives. For over 16 years, Dahari has taught classes, workshops, and individual coaching sessions in the wellness & health field. She has a masters in public health from the University of Texas, and spent 6 years at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center doing research on health behaviors and healthy lifestyles. Enjoy her cheerful and enthusiastic style as she shares her warm heart and healing energy.
