Guitarist and Lead Vocalist seeking band, preferably one that wants to gig. Into rock, funk, blues, jazz from the 60s thru the 90s. Not looking to play shitty covers for $75 a man in some dive ass bar. Me - longtime Tampa Bay musician from the 80s and 90s era. Got signed in the late 90s and left Tampa, lol. Recently ended up back in Sarasota area, and would enjoy getting back into the scene a little. Influences: Hendrix, Trower, all three Kings, SRV, typical power trio blue rock dudes. Also dig the 80s - The Cure, the Fixx, The Smiths, Brit pop and synths. 90s rock like AIC and Rage. Also love improvisational music like fusion, Allman Bros, jam bands, etc. This ad is 100% for real. Not seeking immediate gigs and totally willing to rehearse with some promising players. I am financially stable, have car, and am a sober and clean living dude in general (although 4:20 tolerant). You don’t get through three decades of rock n roll without cleaning up your act a bit unless you’re Keith Richards. Let’s rock!
