Accomplished musician who misses writing, recording and performing ORIGINAL music, seeks singer songwriter for collaboration. Prefer a Female singer with original lyrics and a unique voice who is interested in song crafting, recording, and performing live post pandemic. You don’t necessarily have to be an accomplished singer songwriter, maybe you’re just someone who writes poetry and likes to sing, but has never taken it further or felt comfortable performing because you don’t play an instrument? That’s okay, I’m open to working with someone like that. My time is valuable, but I’m willing to put it into the right project with the right person. What I am not interested in however, is flakes. Ideally you are reliable, respectful, open to exploring all popular genres of music, somewhat established on island, and interested more in honing your craft than just a paid gig. Genre and lyrics wise, you should be rooted in Blues and write songs that have substance about real life, not fantasy, or songs about unicorns, rainbows, waterfalls, or God. Sorry, not my thing. Basically, I’d like to focus on writing contemporary popular music using traditional instrumentation and song structure.
