PATCH is accepting applications for children born August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017. Preschool Open Doors applications for the school year starting August 2021 through June 2022 need to be in the PATCH office in Honolulu by Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Address is on the application Applications received after March 31st will not be accepted even if the application is postmarked March 31, 2021. At the PATCH office in Lihue are applications pre-printed on a bookshelf outside the PATCH door. Building doors are open from 7 AM to 5 PM. An application and flyer are attached to this email.
