Description
Ranch house needs lay over, shingle over, installed. I will buy materials. You do install and I, and maybe one other person will assist. All material will be on roof, ready to go for you. I also have a compressor, nailer and more. I have some experience with roofing installation and repair, and quite a bit of construction experience. Ballpark quantity is 20 squares.
Easy job, but need someone who has done at minimum 5, but prefer 10 or more roofs. NOT steep. Easy access. Safe neighborhood.
Do Not reply if you don't have the experience, aren't reliable, do not use safe roofing practices, etc.
Need a knowledgeable professional.
