Two small roof repairs

I have a house with a leak on the side of the dormer. I don't know exactly where it is, just the general location, just 1 story up. And I have another place with a leak on almost a flat roof. I've had it re-roofed twice, still leaks. I'm pretty sure its due to a cracked rafter that is allowing the roof to bow and pull seems apart. Give me a reasonable price on addressing both. We're talking about less than a day's work and not a huge amount of effort.
