Animal Shelter wanting to rent/purchase, Have deposit/down payment

We are a non-profit with a 501(c)3 animal shelter looking for a property we can use as a shelter. If you have a couple of barns we can convert, a fixer upper house, a building, Commercial property, old school house/church or maybe and old dog kennel or boarding place or a property we can rent, please let me know. I do have a down payment or first/last months deposit as well. We will be taking in animals temporary from owners facing crisis so they can eventually return home. All we need now is a building. We are looking with in Two hour range of Madison County IL, that includes MO as well. Anything we use must have a clean water source. Be able to be Zoned for an Animal Shelter.
