Golden a big orange tabby who will complete the picture of the perfect home. Golden is calm and loving and easy going. He is used to being in a home with an adult, so probably that temperament comes from the calm home atmosphere. He is gentle and curious about his surroundings but still does not let that interfere with his nap schedule. Our process: If you are interested in Golden or any of our adorable adoptables, please fill out an adoption application from our website. If we feel it's a good match, we can make plans for a meet & greet at one of our monthly trips to Chesapeake, or you can schedule a visit at the shelter. Visits to the shelter are by appointment only, as we are a volunteer-run rescue organization. All PAWS cats are spayed/neutered and current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. All cats and kittens are tested for FIV/FELV. All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
