Looking for an EXPERIENCED Handyman for Basement

I am looking to hire an INDEPENDENT Handyman to do our Basement over. My wife and I are looking to add 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. These are the Requirements and we will not compromise... -Must have references from past completed work. We will call each reference. -We will not pay for lunch breaks or cigarette/phone breaks.. -The pay will be between $20 - $30/hour based on experience... -We are requiring a detailed timeline from start to finish with daily duties... As you can see from the pictures, some things are already done such as most plumbing. The major part would be framing and sheetrock etc.. Please do NOT contact me if you have less than 4 years experience as a Handyman... I am only looking for Independent Handyman and NOT anyone from 3rd party businesses.. Thanks
