Event Details This training will provide an introduction to: Teacher Leader Cohort Event DetailsThis is the registration page for the Teacher Induction Program Professional Learning Session: Teacher Leader Cohort -Striving to become an Anti Racist Educator, Using Trauma-Informed Perspectives, Braver Restorative Practices. Teacher Leaders are change agents that can change the face of our education system. Teachers can become leaders at any point in your career. Join us on our journey to become anti racist educators. This series is designed as a cohort for teachers who are interested in dismantling oppressive systems and policies in our education system. Participants can attend all or any part of this 5 part series. Join the SMCOE Teacher Induction Team and special guest, Latrice Bennett, Director of Academics, Equity and Compliance for Oxford Day Academy East Palo Alto, as we work together to identify proactive approaches to transform policy and practice Training will be done via Zoom. There will be multiple parts to this Professional Learning Session. Please register for each date.
