Beniton Building Services – Meridian, ID We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and handyman services on commercial buildings. The position requires the ability to perform a wide variety of building maintenance work such carpentry, drywall repair, ceiling tile/grid repair, painting, HVAC filter replacement, relamp/ballast/light fixture repair &installation and other general maintenance services. Requirements: Completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned Work independently Obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete task Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while working through complex issues Excellent attendance and dependability Maintain Beniton safety standards Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with minimum of 2 years building operation/maintenance experience Experience working with general hand and power tools The ability to lift up to 50 pounds Position requires the ability to work on site, both indoors and outdoors which may include adverse weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods Computer knowledge Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving history Must pass a background check and drug test prior to hire We offer a full benefits package including: Competitive wages Paid Time Off Medical (PPO & HSA) Dental Vision Medical Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) 401(K) with employer match
