Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas is currently accepting applications to fill part-time & full-time K9 & Kitty Handler positions. We are currently seeking applicants who are able to work a combination of day and/or evening shifts, at least one weekend day every week, and most holidays. Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas is a luxury pet hotel conveniently located near the airport. We specialize in dog and cat boarding, daycare, and grooming services. We are currently looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join our team of pet passionate employees. Please apply if you possess the following skills: * Prior shelter, kennel, or hospital experience a must, or equivalent education i.e. vet tech or veterinary sciences program * Prior customer service experience required for all concierge positions* Pet passionate, above all always looks out for the health, safety, and welfare of all animals * Can handle dogs/cats of all sizes, not easily intimidated * Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays * Detail oriented and driven to maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment * Able to multi-task, motivated self-starter, and can work in a fast-paced environment* Trustworthy, upholds the highest level of integrity * Punctual and willing to stay late if needed * Self-aware, takes constructive feedback to improve own performance * Approachable, pleasant, and above all passionate about creating a positive client experience * Empathetic to client needs, maintains composure during stressful situations, and patient with clients and team members * Flexible and can adapt well to change Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $12.00 /hour
