Photog Booth is an elite photo booth rental company in South Florida providing an unforgettable event experience. We provide photo booths for all types of events including weddings, corporate, parties and celebrations. We’re looking for part-time attendants with mostly weekend (Friday-Sunday). Our Values: • Humble - Willingness to own your mistakes, learn from it and grow • Hungry - Be excited to work hard and take on responsibility • Happy - Smile, be professional and go out of your way to help people Job Details: • Role: Photo Booth Attendant • Hours: As-Needed, Part-time (Mostly Friday, Saturday and Sunday) • Starting Pay: $15/hr. (plus raises, tips and referrals) Requirements: • Live near Pompano Beach, FL by I-95 for easy pick-up and drop-off of booth equipment. • Must have availability on mostly Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Start and end times can vary from 6-9hrs from pick-up to drop-off. • Must be willing to travel in your own vehicle anywhere from Miami to Palm Beach for events. Qualifications • Legally able to work in the U.S. and over 18 (age) • Possible background check and drug testing • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and late nights • Education: High School or Equivalent • Required Languages: English • Must have reliable vehicle for transportation of equipment • Must be able to lift 40lbs • EXPERIENCE interacting with people • Moderate level of experience with photography and computers Rules & Responsibilities: • Must provide us with a valid Driver’s License and sign the latest Expectation Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement and NDA before training begins • Must complete all required Attendant Training videos, shadowing and pass the quiz • Must print, check off all system checklists from the Attendant Handbook for the first 10 successful events. Submit a photo at the end of each event for proof via Slack • Must wear Photog Booth polo (provided) or all black apparel including polos, dress pants, dress shirts, slacks, skirts, dresses, jumpers (No shorts, denim or open toed shoes) • Must be responsible for driving your own vehicle • Must make sure your vehicle fits all the required equipment • Must have Uber setup and be willing to use in case of an emergency • Must keep your calendar availability updated on Teamup • No showing up late or canceling on scheduled events • 3 event cancellations will result in ending our services • Must follow the approved timelines provided • Must use Slack for all team communication • Must sign-in and sign-out via Slack • Must drive your own vehicle to the event location • Must pick-up booth equipment • Must follow venue requirements for parking and unloading equipment • Do not pass by guests with equipment or setup during event formalities • Must set up equipment in a discreet and orderly way • Must test and troubleshoot the booth before Active Time • Must keep your space clean and safe for guests • No leaving the booth unattended during the active time • Must bring your own water and snacks • No grabbing food or drinks and eating around guests • Do not ask for a vendor meal. It’s only allowed if offered and during Idle Time • No sitting down during active time or being on your phone • No asking for tips or putting out a tip jar • No self promotion or personal networking (ie. handing out business cards) • No inappropriate behavior • No photography or videography unless approved • No bringing any other unapproved people to your events • No using, possessing or being under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drugs • Must be willing to start 10min before Active Time and end 10min after if needed • Must be willing to stay late for any last minute requests (increased pay included) • Must break down the booth equipment and clean up space before leaving • Must confirm online image delivery was successful • Must drop-off booth equipment by 10am the next day • Must not break or damage our equipment
