Under the general direction of the Project Manager, the contractor is responsible for overseeing multiple construction, remodeling, and demolition projects. The contractor responsibilities includes, but is not limited to maintenance and up keep of the facilities, grounds, general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and painting ~Must be highly skilled in reading complex plans ~Must be able to layout complex wood framing structures ~Good verbal and written communication skills ~Must have valid driver's license and satisfactory record Please email resume to be considered for the position.
