Description
Look...the money is for YOU to go and spend at restaurants and shops and such places who are barely hanging on. I'm sure there is some Mom and Pop place in your area who would appreciate you spending your government given money there.
We could just send the money straight to the businesses who are suffering but that would be socialism, and many people would get upset because the money is going to something besides themselves. Geez....go figure.
