Seeking a Skilled, Conscientious Worker Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 average hours. 40 Average hrs per week. Are you polite, independent and a hard worker, with some handy skills to share? Work for a long time local Property Maintenance company in Ames. Daily variety in your job, never a dull moment, friendly and respectful office and staff. This is full time, long term - we always have work to keep you busy. On-Call duty rotation required, must live close enough to Ames to respond to issues in a timely manor if needed. Must have verifiable skills, valid drivers license, transportation, and tools. Pay will be commensurate with ability. Minimum is $13/hr- up to $17 to start. Mileage compensation may be considered. $100 flex pay available after 3 month review, PTO etc.. Work will included lawn care, landscaping, minor construction, basic electrical, basic plumbing, interior/exterior painting, etc., with a friendly, service attitude.
