Job Description Make Ready Apartment, Technician / Punch Technician We are seeking experienced and inexperienced individuals for Make Ready/Punch Technician positions in the property management industry. Full Time or Part-Time Positions available. Job Description As an apartment Make-Ready/Punch Technician you will convert recently vacant apartment’s into apartment’s ready for occupancy. General Job Duties • Clean/restore recently vacated apartments • Help maintain cleanliness of the facility and grounds • Change bulbs, locks/keys • Change Furnace Filters • Must be able to install appliances and fixtures • Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking • Light drywall repair • Ability to manage projects Job Requirements • Experience preferred but not required: hotel/construction/apartment • Have basic hand tools (we provide most if not all major tools) • Attention to Detail organize projects order supplies • Good time management • Have dependable and reliable transportation preferred Truck, SUV or similar. To drive from our office to different apartment building locations all in the Down River Area, Pickup Supplies/Material.
