Westwood Country Club **MAINTENANCE / GENERAL LABORER, FULL TIME** We are currently seeking an experienced MAINTENANCE / GENERAL LABORER associate to work in our House and Grounds/Maintenance Department. Hourly rate starts at $16.00 per hour & offers 100% COMPANY PAID premiums for medical-dental-vision-life and long term disability insurance for Full Time employee only coverage. SECOND SHIFT - 2:30pm to 11pm (or close) MUST BE FLEXIBLE to change, PUNCTUAL and BILINGUAL-English/Spanish or fluent in English. Qualified applicants will have at least ONE YEAR of experience. Some responsibilities to include, but not limited to: -Trash; pick up, remove and dispose of trash and debris; upkeep of parking lot & grounds, etc -Tennis Courts: DAILY; all 18 courts cleaned, remove leaves and debris -Clay Courts: DAILY; all six (6) courts require grooming (dragging, raking, sweeping, rolling), cleaning lines, watering, etc. Resurfacing and repair nailing lines when needed. -Janitorial; clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, window cleaning, restock restrooms, etc -Strip, wax, polish floors; Clean carpet with extractor -Gather soiled towels, linens, etc, bring to Laundry Room for processing; wash, dry, iron, fold -Work indoors and/or outdoors (at times in extreme temperatures, (heat/cold)) -Work in assisting other departments as needed or required; adapt from job to job; provide general assistance everywhere as needed -Setup for events; move furniture (chairs, tables, etc) Inside facilities; frequent cleaning as required, (general janitorial, maintenance) Added cleaning of fitness gym equipment, restrooms/locker rooms, or any other area as instructed, due to Covid 19 protocols Lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis; All other duties as assigned Competitive compensation and a complete benefits package available to Full-Time employees also includes: 401k (with company match) Paid Time Off (generous accrual policy – earn as you work) Holiday Pay Uniforms A great working environment!
