Rev's Automotive seeks to hire an automotive technician (mechanic). Compensation: $25 - $40 / flag hour (based on experience / certifications) Employment Type: Full Time Shop Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Saturday. Minimum Qualifications: - Must have own tools (if you're still have a small set, that's okay) - Must be able to work Monday - Saturday. Typically, you will have a 5-day work-week. - Must have your own transportation and a class C driver's license. - Must be able to show up to work on time and maintain good attendance. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to read/write/speak English. - Must be able to take orders well. - Must be willing to learn/improve your skills. - Must have no integrity/moral turpitude issues. Preferred Qualifications: - Master certified or experience equivalent. - High degree of diagnostic skill. - Read/write/speak Spanish. - Ability to work on pre-OBD II vehicles (older than 1996, they usually have carburetors) Rev's Automotive opened in 2020 with the goal of providing our customers "no more than needed, no less than promoised, and never compromoise on quality." We are looking for a mechanic who is comfortable with a range of OBD-II diagnostic work on vehicles 1996 and newer, perform maintenance work on vehicles, and the ability to work independently on a job to completion.
