Dr. Fregeau values strong community relationships, employee engagement as well as a student- focused approach. Under his leadership, the Decatur School District has implemented a strategic plan, consolidated and improved District Facilities, instituted an employee recognition program, established a Superintendent's Youth Advisory Council, forged a partnership with Crossings Healthcare to create a mobile health clinic to serve student needs, and established a program that enables students to earn an associate degree from Richland Community College upon graduation from High School.     This press release was produced by the Fox C-6 School District.
