Objectives for participants:
Participants will increase awareness about their unconscious habitual patterns that may interfere with optimal functioningParticipants will learn meaningful, accessible tactics to foster resiliency and promote their well-beingParticipants will learn tools such as thought tracking and challenging, mindfulness, and gratitude to help manage the stress and be able to cope in a more positive manner
Online Webinar Tuesday, March 23, 2021 3:30 – 5 p.m.
1.5 CEUs will be available. No fee will be required. A complete evaluation will need to be submitted after the webinar in order to receive a certificate, attendees must also be present for the entire program. North Shore Senior Center is approved by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation to sponsor continuing education for social workers.(License # 159-000837)
