SUNSHINE RITUAL SUNSHINE RITUAL Sunshine Ritual is a Sunday family-friendly gathering, where community of all ages gather to have fun. Sunshine Ritual is a morning gathering considered to be a form of “ecstatic dance”, which is a free dance movement technique, where a live DJ guides the audience through an eclectic selection of music that build an in crescendo rhythm story which slows down at the end. Sensibility and catharsis, exercise and meditation, connection and community, rhythm and free dance take place under this dynamic that will integrate a 5 senses experience which includes Live Performances, Cacao Activation, Embodiment Warmup, Meditation, Live Ecstatic Dance DJ Set and other surprises. Kids Activities will be led throughout the event by a team of professionals from Creating Me. Children will be working in the same space where the gathering will take place, so kids can also dance if they feel called and parents can keep an eye on their little ones if they wish to. Awaken both prana and awareness and improve your wellbeing with this meditation in movement and explore your body to express your psychological and spiritual nature Prepare to make your Sunday a whole different adventure for each member of the family. We suggest to reserve your space in advance, as we have limited space. ------------- WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes, clothing that allows full range of movement, towel, an extra shirt, and bottle of water. NOTE: The use of cell phones is not permitted during the event and your belongings can be stored in a dedicated space. We recommend checking them at the door. The taking of photographs is prohibited on the dance floor to assure the sacredness of the practice. This is a substance free environment. You agree to be smoke free, alcohol free, and drugs free.
