Help!❗ Adopter needed by 3/19 8 am or I will be put down in shelter❗️ Hi, I'm Carmella🎀 (needs to be only dog at home). Sadly, I am set to be euthanized Fri., March 19th, 8 am. One of the saddest reasons a dog can be E-listed is because they are mentally breaking down in the shelter environment. This is starting to happen to me. I am getting stressed, and it is inhumane to keep me here in this condition…Can someone save my life? I am one Happy Doggie! I am a 3-year-old, spayed, tan and white American Pit Bull Terrier/Chinese Sharpei Mix. Sadly, this is my third time at the shelter. My recent owner said that I loved attention, sitting on chairs, and “nesting” in blankets. She also said that I jumped around in cars, was protective of toys, surfed the counter. My dog to dog evaluation was good. I coexisted with dogs and played with them. Staff and volunteers say that I'm friendly and calm down nicely. I Lean in for pets and take treats nicely. Sadly, shelter life has taken its toll. I am now barking, jumping repeatedly, and licking the wall and kennel door compulsively. The shelter thinks that my over-excited state of mind likely contributed to the bite that occurred when a customer put fingers in my kennel. I am deteriorating and need out of the shelter environment! The shelter recommends that I have an experienced adopter, that I meet the entire family, and I have in-home training. The shelter also requires that children be 12 or older in home. I just can't imagine this is how it could end for me…Will you save my life? Love Carmella❤ To meet me, please call
