Job Description: Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. Be available to participate in an on-call basis, including weekends and nights. Get apartments ready for new residents Grounds keeping duties to include trash removal to be performed as required. Helpful but not required skills /certifications: EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certifications 1-3 years related maintenance HVAC experience
