Title: Form Setter Southeastern Wisconsin road construction company is looking for a qualified individual to join our team. This is a full-time, seasonal position. Requirements • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have clean driving record • Must have good communication skills • Must be able to regularly lift 50 Lbs. • Must have knowledge of basic plan reading Must Be: • Willing to follow instructions and be able to work with others • Willing to accept direction from supervising authority • Able to work long hours and Saturday as required during the construction season • Willing to work overtime • Able to follow all company procedures and policies • Able to safely and properly care for company equipment • Able to be on time for all scheduled work • Able to inspect and report on vehicle condition daily and do daily documentation • Able to receive work dispatches, via telephone text on a daily basis • Safety and damage conscience • Able to work outside in all weather conditions • Able to read engineer’s ruler • Able to set metal or wood forms to grade given Company is willing to provide training and further education to the right applicant EOE/AA Employer – Women and Minorities are encouraged to apply Apply in person at LaLonde Contractors 1609 W Lincoln Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186
