Title Line Setter Requirements • Must have High School Diploma of equivalent • Must have clean driving record • Must have good communication skills • Must be able to regularly lift 50 Lbs. Must Be: • Willing to follow instructions and be able to work with others • Willing to accept direction from supervising authority on and off the job site • Able to work long hours and on Saturday as required during the construction season • Willing to work overtime • Able to follow all company procedures and policies • Able to safely and properly care for company equipment • Able to be on time for all scheduled work • Able to inspect and report on vehicle condition daily and do daily documentation • Able to receive work dispatches, via telephone text on a daily basis • Safety and damage conscience • Able to work outside in all weather conditions • Ability to read engineer’s ruler • Knowledge of basic plan reading • Ability to repeatably Hammer 4’ line pins for multiple hours at a time with 12lbs. maul • Set line to grades given for Trimmer, Curb Machine, or Concrete Paver Apply in person at LaLonde Contractors 1609 Lincoln Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186
