We are a real estate company in need of someone to gain access & secure to one of our Linden, AL homes. Once access is gained we need: photos of both the exterior and interior of the home, at least 25. You do not need to be an expert photographer in order to complete this job. Any Handyman, maintenance man, or anyone willing and able to complete this job works for us! We do except both emailed and texted photos which can be taken with a camera or camera phone as long as they are not blurry they will be acceptable. Materials Needed To Complete Job: - Please have your own transportation to and from the property - Single Hinge Hasp or Double Hinge Hasp - Combination pad lock, Absolutely No Gym Locks! - Please Bring Your Own Power drill (we will NOT purchase one for you) - Screws - Camera / Camera phone Required Job Completion Tasks: - Access Gained either Front or Back Door - Install either a single or double hinge hasp onto door where access was gained through - Lock hasp using combination Pad Lock - Set Code to our specified code which will be provided prior to install date - Take a full set of photos of the property both interior & exterior Payment Methods Are As Follows: ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!! - Check in Mail ( We can do 2-3 day shipping with tracking for a fee) - PayPal (can be paid same or next day - depending on time of completion) Office Hours: 9am-5pm EST.
