I Miss My Neighbor

I used to have a neighbor who would come over occasionally to chat and help me with odd jobs. I’m a 65 yo guy and I think he was about 30. He didn’t charge me for the help because he said he enjoyed stopping by and I really enjoyed it when he would be standing on the ladder with his paint brush and my head would come up to his waist. But then he moved away. I want a new neighbor to come by. I live in the Fruitvale/Dimond area.
