Part-Time Nanny for 2 Year Old Boy

Searching for a responsible, nurturing, and energetic nanny for our 2 year old son. Our son loves to play outdoors and engage in imaginative play. We would like to find someone who is active and loves being outdoors. Additionally, we are searching for a nanny who is playful, enjoys imaginative play, and who can make opportunities for learning while playing (for example: counting rocks, naming colors of flowers, etc.). We are an outdoorsy, active family, with both parents working from home. Location: Boulder. We live close to Flatirons Elementary school. Schedule: 8:30/9 am - 12:30/1 pm 3x/week. Consistent schedule, but exact days of the week can be based on nanny’s availability. Possible, not guaranteed, extra time on the weekends. Pay Rate: $15 - $20 depending on experience. Start Date: May 1st. Flexible start date depending on applicant’s availability. Required qualifications: -Very Covid Cautious. We are strict about Covid precautions and we are looking for a nanny that is as well. We do not go to stores, public indoor spaces, or non-medical appointments, unless absolutely necessary. We would like to find a nanny who also avoids high-risk covid activities, like indoor dining, shopping, and gyms. We plan to get vaccinated and we are looking for a nanny that plans to as well. Transparency around socializing and Covid exposure is a must so that we can make informed decisions together. Once case rate goes down and the risk of exposure is low, we are open to easing our covid precautions. -Prefer at least 1 year of previous toddler experience. -3 references required. -Background check required (paid by us). -Spanish fluency a big plus. -Please include your availability in your response.
