My car was parked in the parking lot of Cortland Plaza on Washtenaw Avenue from 12:45 to 1:45 on March 18th Thursday it appears a large truck pulled in got stuck on my bumper and then backed up to get off at demolishing my bumper please reply to this if you happen to see this
