Emotional support dog need

Hello I am helping my wife with her search for a small emotional support dog.she does really care what type of small dog she can get as long as it is cat friendly for our roommates both have a cat.she would prefer if the dog was house train.we have a nice small fence back yard where he or she can run around and play.we both are stay home body's.we don't drive,we can take care and love the dog.would have a bed and toys.I SHE REALLY NEEDS A EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG.PLEASE HELP TO HELP HER I LOVE MY WIFE VERY MUCH
