Pima County Public Library Announces Select Libraries Now Offering Limited Services On Saturdays

Press release from the Pima County Public Library: March 17, 2021 (Tucson, AZ) Beginning the week of Monday, March 15, 2021, we're making it easier for you to pick up library materials by opening six branches on Saturday: Martha Cooper Library, opens a new window, Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Murphy-Wilmot Library, opens a new window, Tuesday, 10 am – 5 pm, Wednesday, 10 am – 6 pm, Thursday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Nanini Library, opens a new window, Tuesday, 10 am – 5 pm, Wednesday, 10 am – 6 pm, Thursday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Sam Lena-South Tucson Library, opens a new window, Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Valencia Library, opens a new window, Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm Woods Memorial Library, opens a new window, Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm In order to make this accommodation, these libraries will be closed on Mondays. All other Pima County Public Library locations, opens a new window will offer limited services Monday through Friday. Please note, four libraries remain closed temporarily: Frank De La Cruz-El Pueblo Library, El Rio Library, Sahuarita Library, and Southwest Library. All libraries will continue to offer curbside/outdoor holds pickup, opens a new window. Materials should be reserved online or via Infoline at (520) 791-4010. There is no entry into library buildings at this time. Please note, because the State of Emergency in Pima County, opens a new window has not been lifted, we will continue to follow all safety guidelines, including wearing a mask, even when services are conducted outdoors, and social distance practices.
